In the valley of the river Eshkakon, not far from Kislovodsk, there is a small beam hidden from human eyes, bearing the name Grishkin. Who is this Grishka, and why this beam was named after him, history is silent. And it is known for an extraordinarily beautiful waterfall cascade, hiding behind its curtains a system of karst stalactite caves.
These waterfalls were discovered relatively recently, compared to the famous Honey. And it is not surprising - Grishkina gully is located away from the famous tourist routes. Although everyone who goes to the Bermamyt plateau, be sure to pass by. And many do not even realize what beauty is left without their attention.
Eshkakon gorge greeted us with thick fog.
But while we were pondering whether it was worth going into this “milk”, the fog cleared, and we, despite the light rain, went on a walk.
On the way, we met a group of springs, beating straight from the rocks.
And on this group of rocks they say there used to be a portrait of Grishka himself, but alas. A couple of years ago someone didn’t like his funny face, and the rock drawing was destroyed.
Well, there's nothing to be done. So let's go further in search of caves and waterfalls.
And here they are
Then I briefly shut up - enjoy yourself
Unfortunately, the area in front of the waterfalls does not allow us to take a picture covering the entire waterfall complex, so I tried to glue together a few frames. It turned out like 3 panoramas (clickable)
I didn’t manage to take pictures especially in the caves - some are too wet, but my camera is not an amphibian. And in others it is too dark and the shutter did not work.
Well, it's time to go back to the car. Farewell glance at the gorge (again gluing - do not kick much for the quality of gluing)
On the way back, looked at the observation platform of Mount Cap. There is a wonderful view of the Eskhakonskoye reservoir with turquoise water.

And actually on Grishkin beam
