Due to the fact that there was a mistake in yesterday’s poll, at the request of readers of the blog a second vote is held. Let me remind you - we choose the best year in the history of Soviet cinema. I decided to solve the problem in several rounds. That is, first choose the best year by decades, and at the end - the final vote, between the first and second places in the first rounds.
