Inserts with real actors pierce the entire cartoon in short pieces. But that does not make them less useful! I think that these actors were wearing masks, because their make-up seemed too ridiculous to be real. But later I realized that this is a dedication! In this version, too much from the classic comedy.
The funniest insertion is when one boy breaks the wall of a house. We see all the classic characters exactly as they should be shown. This is probably the most amazing version of Jim Hawkins I've ever seen. It's great that he is such a strong fighter here. Despite the fact that the film seems stupid, Lanky John Silver is still very good. I just like such strong voices (the original Russian version) and how cool they fit the characters of the film. The cartoon is very dynamic. Please try to see this wonderful underrated movie!
